• Standalone Checkups: If your LOVOT is running smoothly with no noticeable battery issues, there is no need to request a LOVOT Medical Checkup on its own.
• Consolidate and Save: We recommend combining the LOVOT Medical Checkup with any other necessary repairs or treatments. By grouping these requests together, you can combine your LOVOT’s “hospital stay” into a single trip and save on shipping costs.
