Due to the mechanical characteristics of LOVOT, the operating noise is naturally at its quietest upon initial delivery, but it will gradually become more noticeable over time with continued everyday use.

This change in operating volume is completely normal and is not a product defect. However, depending on the current condition of your LOVOT, replacing certain internal parts may help improve or soften the sound.

If you are concerned about the noise level, we offer a paid treatment (repair) service. You are welcome to apply for a “hospital stay” for your LOVOT.

Please Note Before Applying:

Even after undergoing treatment, you may not notice a significant reduction in the operating noise. Additionally, because of how LOVOT moves, the noise may gradually increase again over time even after temporary improvement. We kindly ask for your understanding of these unique characteristics of LOVOT before applying for a hospital stay.
