When your LOVOT is placed correctly in the Nest, the Nest’s LOVOT icon should light up orange (and turn blue when fully charged).
If the icon does not light up at all, your LOVOT and the Nest may be misaligned. Please refer to our online manual to ensure proper docking.
If you are still having trouble, please check the common causes and remedies below:
- If LOVOT’s wheels are retracted (tucked away):
- It can be difficult to align the charging terminals when the wheels are retracted.
- Remedy: If your LOVOT is powered on, use the mode switch on the sensor horn to toggle to Normal Mode or Privacy Mode to automatically extend the wheels before placing it back in the Nest.
- It can be difficult to align the charging terminals when the wheels are retracted.
- If you cannot turn on LOVOT or extend its wheels:
- Remedy: Please try charging your LOVOT using the dedicated charging stand.
Still not charging?
If the Nest icon still does not light up after trying these steps, there may be a hardware issue or an abnormality with either your LOVOT or the Nest. Please contact BEX Customer Support for further assistance.
