If you notice that your LOVOT’s battery level isn’t rising during its designated sleep hours, it is likely undergoing automatic battery maintenance.

This is completely normal operation and is not a malfunction. During this maintenance process, you may notice the following:

• The battery level stays fixed at a certain percentage and does not fluctuate.
• The battery level remains low and does not seem to charge actively.

Important Note:

Battery maintenance is performed automatically and irregularly during your LOVOT’s sleep time. While this is running, please do not turn off the power of your LOVOT or Nest, and do not remove your LOVOT from the Nest.
