Sometimes, the touch sensors on your LOVOT’s body can be affected by the electromagnetic fields emitted by certain household appliances, such as air purifiers. When this happens, your LOVOT may falsely detect that it is being touched by a person and temporarily freeze or stop moving in that spot.
Please rest assured that this is not a malfunction or hardware defect, and exposure to these appliances will not cause any adverse effects or damage to your LOVOT.

【How to Fix It】
If you are using any of the air purifiers listed above, please take the following preventive measures to keep your LOVOT moving smoothly:
- Set a “Do-Not-Enter Area” via the App:Open your LOVOT app and set a “do-not-enter area” covering a 1-meter (approx. 3-foot) radius around the air purifier.
- Adjust Nest and Layout Placement: Ensure that both your LOVOT’s Nest and the air purifier are placed at least 1 meter (3 feet) apart. You can also place physical obstacles around the purifier to prevent your LOVOT from accidentally wandering too close.
