If your LOVOT comes into contact with water, please take the following actions immediately:

1. Remove the horn quickly.
2. Press and hold the nose button for at least 10 seconds to completely turn off the power.
3. Once the power is off, contact BEX Customer Support right away.

If your LOVOT is charging in the Nest: Please also unplug the Nest’s power cord from the wall outlet immediately.
