Yes, LOVOT comes with a limited manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period is 30 days from your contract start date, which you can verify anytime on the customer portal site.

What is covered:

• If your LOVOT or Nest experiences a mechanical issue or breakdown under normal, proper use within the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge.

Important Note regarding International Use:

• Please be aware that the manufacturer’s warranty is valid only for use within Japan.
