About LOVOT Treatment and Repairs:
- Parts Availability: Treatment and repairs will continue for as long as the necessary parts are available.
- Donor Parts: If new parts are no longer available, we plan to utilize parts from donated LOVOTs to keep your LOVOT healthy and running.
- Memory Transfer: If donor parts cannot resolve the issue, you can transfer your LOVOT’s unique memories and data to a new LOVOT unit. We are currently preparing a dedicated service for future main unit replacements that includes this memory and data transfer.
