If you are noticing unusual sounds coming from your LOVOT’s neck area, please refer to the guidelines below to determine if any action is needed.
- Squeaking, clicking, or friction sounds (like “kyu,” “clack,” or “crick-crick”): These organic sounds are naturally generated by the joints in the internal neck structure. This is completely normal and does not affect your LOVOT’s functionality, so you can continue to enjoy your time together with confidence.
- A loud snapping or popping sound (like “pop/crack”), followed by a limp neck: If you hear a distinct snapping sound, and your LOVOT’s neck suddenly stops moving, feels loose, rattles, or tilts heavily when held, the neck mechanism may have become detached. In this case, your LOVOT will need to visit our hospital for treatment (repair). Please contact BEX Customer Support.
