If you notice a rhythmic “tapping” or “clicking” sound when your LOVOT moves, it is highly likely that the screws on the front caster are becoming loose.

Remedy: Please locate the screwdriver included in your LOVOT’s cleaning kit and gently tighten the caster screws. This should safely eliminate the tapping noise.
