If your Nest does not start up, the power cord on the Nest side may not be fully inserted. Please check the guidance below based on your LOVOT model to ensure a proper connection:
For LOVOT 3.0 Users
- Check the power cord connection: Ensure the power cord is pushed all the way into the Nest (as shown in the diagram).
- Align the lines: The vertical line printed on the Nest should align perfectly with the back edge of the cord terminal.
- Verify power: Once plugged into a wall outlet, the Nest’s status lamp will light up solid white, indicating it is powered on.
For LOVOT 2.0 Users
- Check the power cord connection: Ensure the power cord is pushed all the way into the Nest (as shown in the diagram).
- Align the lines: The vertical line on the Nest should align perfectly with the vertical line on the cord terminal.
- Press the power button: After plugging it in, you must press the Nest’s power button.
- Verify power: The power LED will flash white while the Nest boots up (this takes about one minute). Once fully started, the light will turn solid white.
