To ensure your LOVOT passes through customs smoothly without any delays, please ensure you have your EORI number ready.

• If you already have an EORI number: Please provide it to us when completing your purchase and shipping procedures.
• If you do not have one yet: You can easily apply for an EORI number online through the official Irish Revenue website before your shipment arrives.

Without this number, the courier (such as DHL) will not be able to clear your package, which may result in the shipment being held or returned.
