If a package cannot be successfully delivered due to your extended absence or an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, the courier (such as DHL) will hold the item at their local facility for a limited time.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
If the package remains unclaimed or the address cannot be verified within the courier’s holding period, the shipment will be automatically returned to Japan. In these cases, you may be held fully responsible for any additional return shipping fees, re-shipping costs, or customs duties incurred.

If you realize you will be away for an extended period, or if you suspect there is an error in your registered address, please contact BEX Customer Support right away.
As long as the package is still being held at the destination facility, we can investigate the situation and help you coordinate with the courier to correct your address or update your delivery preferences.
