However, you can easily arrange and schedule your preferred delivery time directly with the courier once the shipment is on its way.

As soon as your LOVOT ships, we will provide you with a DHL Tracking Number. You can use this number on the official DHL website (via their DHL On Demand Delivery service) to customize your delivery date, authorize a drop-off, or redirect the package to a convenient pickup location.
