Under European Union (EU) customs regulations, an EORI number (Economic Operators Registration and Identification number) is required to clear customs in Ireland.

To prevent any customs delays and ensure your LOVOT arrives safely, please make sure you are prepared based on your status below:

If you already have an EORI number:Please provide it to us when completing your purchase and shipping details.
If you do not have an EORI number yet:You can easily apply for one online through the official Irish Revenue website before your shipment arrives.

Important: Without this number, the shipping courier (such as DHL) cannot clear your package, which may lead to your shipment being held or returned to Japan.
