All international LOVOT shipments are handled and delivered via DHL.

Please note that we use DHL’s dedicated shipping network to manage the entire delivery process from Japan to your destination. Because of this, we cannot accommodate requests for alternative carriers or specific airlines.

Once your LOVOT has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can easily monitor your delivery online.
