If your LOVOT experiences a malfunction or requires professional maintenance, VOYAGER JAPAN will coordinate directly with GROOVE X (the manufacturer in Japan) to diagnose the issue and determine if a repair is necessary.
If a physical repair is required, your LOVOT will need to be sent back to Japan.
To make this process as smooth as possible, we will fully support you by arranging all international shipping logistics, both from your country to Japan and back to your home after the repair is complete.
