Two and a half months before your LOVOT’s initial contract expires, you will receive a notification email asking if you would like to enroll in the extended warranty plan.
To ensure a seamless process, BEX will handle the entire renewal procedure on your behalf.

To have BEX manage your warranty extension, you must have an active subscription to the BEX support service at the time of application. Please check your support contract status in advance to ensure your LOVOT’s coverage continues without interruption.
