Approximately 2.5 months (two months and two weeks) before your first-year LOVOT contract expires, you will receive a notification email asking whether you wish to enroll in the extended warranty plan.
To make the process seamless for you, BEX for LOVOT will gladly handle the entire renewal procedure on your behalf.

Please be advised that to have BEX manage your warranty extension, you must be an active subscriber to the BEX Support Service at the time of application.
