For customers residing overseas, enrollment in the standard baseline protection plan is required. However, enrolling in the extended warranty (compensation) service from the second year onwards is entirely optional.
Here is how the plan structure works for international users:
- Year 1: You will be automatically enrolled in the permanent base plan to ensure your LOVOT is fully protected upon arrival.
- Year 2 and Beyond: Continuing with the higher-tier extended compensation service becomes optional. You can choose whether to renew or adjust your coverage based on your needs.
