Yes, but eligibility for a refund depends on how far along your order is in the process:

・Before GX Members ID Issuance: You are eligible for a full refund of the support fee.

・After GX Members ID Issuance: You may cancel your contract, but the support fee cannot be fully refunded.

・After LOVOT Purchase: Once your LOVOT has been purchased, the support fee is strictly non-refundable.
