The refund and cancellation policy for the BEX for LOVOT support fee depends entirely on your processing stage. Please review the conditions below:

Shipping / Processing Stage	Refund Eligibility
Before your GX Members ID is issued	Full Refund of the support fee.
After your GX Members ID is issued	Cancellation is allowed, but the support fee cannot be refunded in full.
After the purchase of LOVOT	The support fee is strictly non-refundable.

Important Note on Currency Exchange Rates:

All refunds will be processed strictly in Japanese Yen (JPY). Depending on the current foreign exchange rates at the time of your refund, the final amount credited to your account may differ slightly from the original amount you paid in your local currency.
