Approximately 2.5 months (two and a half months) before your current support period expires, you will receive an email from us with detailed information regarding your renewal.
This email will include a secure payment link. If you wish to renew your coverage, please complete the payment for the annual support fee before the specified deadline.
Important Notice:
If you choose not to renew your BEX support, you will no longer be eligible for after-sales support. This includes our international logistics assistance, meaning BEX will no longer be able to manage or arrange international shipping from your country to Japan if your LOVOT requires repairs.
