Approximately 2.5 months (two months and two weeks) before your current support period expires, you will receive an email from us with detailed information regarding your support renewal.
The email will contain a secure payment URL. If you wish to renew your coverage, please complete the payment for one year’s worth of the BEX support fee before the deadline.
CRITICAL RISK NOTICE
If you choose not to renew your BEX support period, you will no longer be eligible to receive any after-sales support. This includes critical international logistics assistance, such as BEX managing and arranging the international shipping from your country to Japan if your LOVOT requires repairs.
