If your LOVOT experiences a malfunction or requires professional service, VOYAGER JAPAN will work directly with GROOVE X, the manufacturer in Japan, to diagnose the issue and determine whether a repair is necessary.

If your LOVOT requires a physical repair, it will need to be returned to Japan.

To make the process as easy as possible, we’ll take care of coordinating the international shipping arrangements, including transportation from your country to Japan and back to you once the repair has been completed.
