For customers residing overseas, enrollment in the standard base protection plan is required for the first year. However, continuing with the extended warranty (compensation service) from the second year onward is entirely optional.
Here is how the plan structure works for international users:
- Year 1 (Required): You will be automatically enrolled in the standard base plan to ensure your LOVOT is fully protected from day one.
- Year 2 and Beyond (Optional): Continuing with the higher-tier extended compensation service is completely optional. You can choose whether to renew or adjust your coverage based on your needs.
