As soon as your LOVOT ships, we will provide you with a DHL tracking number. You can use this number on the official DHL website through their DHL On Demand Delivery service to:

• Customize your delivery date

• Authorize a drop-off (signature release)

• Redirect the package to a convenient nearby pickup location
