We can ship your LOVOT to any designated residential or hotel address within Japan specified at the time of purchase. Please note that direct, in-store pickup is not available under any circumstances.

2. Airline Restrictions (Lithium-ion Batteries)

Because LOVOT has a built-in lithium-ion battery, it cannot be placed in checked luggage. It must be brought into the cabin with you as carry-on (hand) luggage.
