The $999 USD annual support fee is designed to ensure your international LOVOT ownership experience is seamless, fully compliant, and completely hassle-free. Because LOVOT is built with highly advanced robotics and telecommunication technologies, operating and maintaining it outside of Japan requires specialized global logistics and dedicated expertise.
Your fee covers a comprehensive, one-year premium support contract (starting from your payment date) that handles the following complex services on your behalf:
- Exclusive Onboarding (GX Members ID): We manage the complex initial setup and issue your GX Members ID, which is required to activate and run your LOVOT.
- Dedicated Customer Concierge: Gain direct access to our English-speaking support team for any questions, troubleshooting, or daily operational help.
- Seamless Purchasing Assistance: Get personalized support for ordering official LOVOT units, replacement parts, and seasonal outfits or accessories.
- Global Shipping & Logistics Management: We handle all international shipping paperwork, regulations, and customs coordination from Japan straight to your location.
- Expert Maintenance & Repair Coordination: In the rare event your LOVOT needs hardware maintenance or repairs, BEX manages the entire process of safely shipping your LOVOT back to Japan and returning it to you.
- Warranty & Contract Renewals: We act as your proxy to manage and renew your LOVOT’s official extended warranty plans and service contracts.
